Kim Hag Young was born in Seoul, Korea in 1962 and now is acting as a Royal Symphony Orchestra concert master and a Korean Oboe Ensemble musical director and teaching students in many music colleges and art schools.

1/ Public performance activities and recording
He performed as a soloist with the Leipzig Orchestra, N.C.C Chamber Orchestra, Korean Symphony, Chonju Municipal Symphony, Seoul Royal Symphony, Seoul Tutti Orchestra and attended Seoul int'l music Festival in 2001.
In 2002, he played at the annual concert of KBS national classical music Orchestra.

He recorded a Hymn CD & published a CD named KBS 21 Century Musician

2/ Activities with music group
He played a part as a soloist at Ensemble 'Atlantis' while studying in Germany and served as a honorary member at the National Orchestra of Kassel, Germany and had round performance tours in Netherlands, Portugal and Japan.

He also was Principal Oboist of Korean Symphony Orchestra

3/ Education - career
He studied in Germany while in music college of Yonsei University, is graduated from the Municipal music college of Kassel, Germany and the national Manheim music college graduate school and also experienced a lecturer at 6 music colleges: Yonsei, Dongduk Sukmyung, Kyungwon, Chugye and Daejin

4/ Award
He is warded 2nd prize at the nationwide Ensemble competition held by Wurzburg music college and is in charge of judgement at various music contests : Cheju int'l wind brass music festival and Taegwalyoung int'l music contest in 2005.
